The Role Responsibilities
Strategy

• Support the design and delivery of CPBB T&I&rsquos communications plan
• Lead initiatives within the communication plan, including but not limited, to content development for communication vehicles, newsletter publications, communication messages etc., to drive proactive engagement with our teams

Business

• Own and deliver People initiatives such as Quarterly Townhalls, Rewards & Recognition and Achievements/Year end highlights
• Work across domains, business and functions to showcase CPBB T&I value propositions
• Promote and advertise our products and services through print media and various internal communications channels

Processes

• Support delivery and track progress of CPBB T&I communications agenda, to achieve its success measures
• Translate complex technical language into plain English and visualisation that a general audience can understand
• Design print materials, including posters, brochures, flyers, infographics, newsletters, for events both internal and external
• Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction

Governance

• Track effectiveness for marketing campaigns and gather feedback to further enhance the communications strategy

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
