The Role: Senior Order Management Analyst
The Location: Noida, India
The Team : Order Management team, Noida is responsible for contract validations and booking, processing all type of Customer transactions including invoices & credits and their delivery to our customers timely and accurately. Other activities include and are not limited to handling disputes and queries, reporting, reconciliations, participate in special projects, perform bespoke calculations and so on. Colleague may also be required to work with various internal teams like sales, customer service, product teams, contract management, accounts receivable etc. for their day-to-day operational activities.
