We’re searching for a passionate content creator to join our growing team at our office in New Delhi. The marketing team is scaling up with a greater focus on content and marketing campaigns and an exciting opportunity for you to work on customer communications. This role is incredibly varied which gives you the chance to work on different areas of marketing focus with the entire team to develop your skills and career.
The Role is right for you if
You’re on top of the latest trends and why it matters, and you always have examples of excellent content ideas up your sleeve. You are a self-starter and love creating content which evokes thought, striking up conversations & disrupting across platforms, and bringing stakeholders with you on the journey.
You’ll be great at creating a variety of content across web, print, blog posts, direct mail and emails to drive brand awareness and support customer acquisition. This will consist of both written and visual content, informed by data metrics to improve engagement and optimise performance whether it’s clicks, likes, follows or lead generation.
You’ll also be social media enthusiastic, working with our Digital Designer and creating regular posts for our platforms to grow and engage our followers.
You will need strong communication skills to be able to work with agencies or third parties to push our content and increase brand awareness
You’re able to pick things up quickly, like our CMS platform to create new landing pages or our CRM platform to create content for email campaigns.
Like us, you’re enthusiastic about data – you’re able to draw insight from data metrics and performance for your content, improving engagement and driving campaign KPI performance.
Able to work well in team projects and autonomously, taking initiative to come up with ideas to regularly create and publish new content you’re passionate about across our platforms.
You’ll need exceptional attention to detail and up-to-date product and industry knowledge to ensure that all published content is correct and compliant.
Excellent time management is key – you’ll have the ability maintain your own content schedule and work across a diverse number of projects, solving problems and managing shifting priorities, whilst working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do day to day
Writing a range of copy across different platforms – you have strong copywriting skills and are able to consistently convey the correct brand tone with strong attention to spelling and grammar to write engaging copy, utilising keywords while turning content around quickly
Proof-reading support across all other channels including print, email and the company website.
Using your creative, imaginative and innovative skills – you’ll be working with our design team to come up with ideas to support your content with visual assets.
Basic skills in Photoshop, Canva or any other design software you are comfortable with to turnaround creative asset briefs for our Digital Designer or finished pieces to support your content.
Collaborating regularly with a multi-disciplinary team of marketing and digital experts, brand and business stakeholders to contribute to the success of campaigns, monitoring and reporting on content effectiveness to feed in insights for continual improvement.
Supporting successful marketing sales lead generation campaigns with particular attention to testing a variety of content for paid and display ads channels
Writing and creating regular blog posts and content for company, Contributing to driving best-in-class organic social media content management.
Regularly researching and keeping on top of the latest trends and developments in social media and news to inspire and inform your content strategy
What skills will help you to be successful
You will have 1-2 years experience in Marketing, Communications, Copywriting or Content creation
You’re positive and a highly motivated individual with great people skills, editorial, and real passion for storytelling with your content
Creative, ambitious and proactive – ability to spot trending content or engagement opportunities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to be able to form strong relationships both internally within the team and business, and externally with digital or social agencies, confidently presenting ideas
