Roles and Responsibilities:
To assist the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR information systems.
Assist in preparing HR-related documents.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Qualification: MBA (HR /Finance), PG (HRM).
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Leadership Skills, Fast Learner, computer proficient.
Key skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
