What you will be doing:
– Prospecting of partners / brands across categories by building relationships with key decision makers. It’s a combined hunter and farmer role.
– Create a strong funnel across Olx categories and drive revenue & sales numbers by converting this funnel.
– Monetize olx platform by partnerships with Buyers, Sellers & Value Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients.
– Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product roadmaps, and platform strategy.
– Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Who we’re looking for:
– Graduate MBA with 4 to 10 years of relevant sales / BD experience in Autos / Real estate categories.
– Extremely strong business acumen, and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic business environment.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
– High on initiative and ownership. Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure; persists despite obstacles and ambiguities.
– Strong at stakeholder management. Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player.
– Someone who can maintain and strengthen relationships with the existing clients.
– Can manage, end to end, from acquisition, negotiation, on-boarding and Owning revenue targets and pushing for them actively.
– Work with the product team to ensure that we deliver as per client requirements.
