Job Description

• Interact with the client, gather deal requirements, financial statements and other inputs for performing credit analysis and due diligence.
• Work with RM in structuring credit solutions for the clients and ensuring the appropriateness of the products.
• Preparing & presenting credit note for evaluating risk in borrower, transaction & underlying security and making initial recommendation.
• Responsible for end-to-end credit analysis process and perform in-depth analysis of various risk, make quality presentations and ensure fast credit approval.
• Monitoring and proactively highlighting risk in the portfolio to senior management
• Set-up up counterparty limits, conduct annual review and internal rating for the client
• Managing internal/external audit queries and review bank policies
• Ensure compliance of all internal and regulatory credit/other portfolio related policies
• Liaise with Underwriting/Risk team for limit approval / allocation.
