Role Purpose: The role of the Asst Manager – Welfare and Admin is responsible for ensuring the Welfare activities and facility management provided at the factory follow the governance of the Factories Act, 1948, and the SKF standards in facility management. Assessing the requirements, preparing the business case in line with a cost-effective thought process, and crisis management are other major roles to play.
