A PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
To manage Accounting, Payroll and other ancillary functions of Finance & Accounts of Simplybiz Private Limited in Zoho Books
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Finalizing the accounts, monitoring the entries made by the sub-ordinates in Zoho Books and making reconciliation with the vendors & clients.
2) Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes like Provident Fund, Profession Tax, Income Tax,TDS, GST and filing of returns and ensuring statutory compliance.
3) Preparing & Presenting MIS/KPI reports to management on financial performance, monthly profitability, product-wise profitability, age-wise analysis of debtors.
4) Assisting in the filing of Income tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
5) Supporting the external auditors in the annual financial audit.
6) Analyze financial data and make recommendations for improvements to financial processes and systems.
C*. Competencies: (Technical & Behavioral)*
1) Having strong knowledge in preparing reports in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Hlookup etc.,)
2) Good communication skills (written and verbal)
3) Eye for details
4) Digital literacy
5) Working experience on Zoho Books
