Drives outbound marketing activities for all Advanced Therapy (AT) products.
Designs action plans for their implementation and coordinates activities of various stakeholders
Develops and implements a unit-wide marketing plan, working with all departments to execute it.
Develops product requirements and specifications from a marketing perspective and contributes product messaging and product market positioning.
Develop product related Marketing strategies to drive product demand for assigned organizational unit(s) and may manage the outbound marketing activities for assigned products.
Develop product marketing plan in cooperation with sales, product development and other involved stakeholders.
Graduation in any pure Sciences / Engineering. Additionally MBA from a reputed management institute is a must.
Should have around 5-10 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development preferably in Life Sciences companies.
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, dependable, and team player.
Must also have problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills and able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
High-level technical expertise, good communication skills, software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 50%
