Cluster Manager JD:
1- Should be a locality of VARANASI
2- Should have handled 5-6 Agency Managers team ( on roll team handling), for 3+ years.
3- Should be a graduate, minimum.
4- Will be required to be based at Varanasi and travel all across East UP including Allahabad, Sultanpur, Varanasi, Gonda, Gorakhpur, Faizabad etc.
5- Will be required to handle Agency Sales Managers at all these locations, manage them to recruit life insurance associates/agents, and ensure productivity at these locations.
6- Will be required to travel intensely across locations.
7- Will be reporting to State Head.
