We are urgently hiring a candidate for the Post of Chartered Accountant at Pune. Qualified CA with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Real estate Industry.

Job Description

· Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts, reconciliation statements, fixed assets registers, and financial statements & annual reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.

· Coordinating in the preparation of projected P&L Accounts, Bills, and Balance Sheet as required by bank authorities and financial institutions

· Monitoring Inter Unit Reconciliation statements for reconciling cash & bank balances involving active coordination with bank authorities.

· Monitoring order processing, and credit clearance as per the company’s credit policy; scrutinizing the vouchers before payment as per the company’s procedure and processes.

Taxation & Auditing

· Preparing Tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect Tax returns / TDS; ensuring compliance with Statutory Acts like Income Tax, GST & Company Act, etc.

· Conducting annual audits; evaluating internal control systems/procedures with a view to highlighting the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.

· Handling Corporate Taxation, Accounts & Finance of Company.

· Liaising with Government Departments and Regulatory Authorities like Tax Department for obtaining necessary sanctions and ensure compliance with various statutory obligations.

· Interfacing with Income-Tax authorities for timely filing of TDS, Service Tax and Sales tax returns, tax assessments, exemption-related benefits, and registrations.

· Coordinating for Internal, Statutory, and Tax Audits; evaluating internal control systems/procedures to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.

System Implementation / MIS / Coordination

· Designing and implementing systems to ensure smooth functioning of finance & accounting operations across the organization.

· Supervising the preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz, fund management, risk control, profitability, etc.

Budgeting & Fund Management

· Formulating capital & revenue budgets and conducting ratio & variance analysis to determine the difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions.

· Preparing budgets and management information reports for the top management and joint venture partners that are fit for purpose, timely, and accurate.

· Handling financial matters including Working Capital Management, Ratio Analysis, Capital Budgeting & Cash Flow Analysis

· Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Cashflow Projections for the Project

· Financial Analysis of new projects and calculation of Project IRR, Profitability, NPV, Sensitivity analysis, and Equity IRR for determining the financial feasibility of the new projects.

Statutory Compliances & Internal Controls

· Ensuring the legal compliance with respect to payments and filing of returns of the various statutory obligations like TDS, Service Tax, works contracts tax, etc

· Liaising with Statutory, Internal, Tax, and other Group Auditors on regular basis.

· Formulate policies/ process / SOP & ensure adherence to the same

Qualifications and skill-sets:

1. Chartered Accountant with 3-7 years of experience

2. Updated about RERA

3. Proven, robust work experience in real estate finance with reputed firms would be preferred

4. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, coordination skills, and strong communication skills to monitor markets and extract the most possible value from transactions.

5. Good understanding of legal compliance matters with an ability to deliver on tasks such as effective risk management & accurate property valuation.

6. Reliable, focused, confident, articulate, and self-directed individual with a high level of initiative and a can-do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:
