RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

A relationship manager is a part of the sales team who builds and maintains relationships with clients and customers. Relationship Managers play a vital role in the growth and success of any organization as they not only bring more clients to the table but also ensure the satisfaction of existing clients.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Relationship Manager who are ready to perform duties responsibly and should have a polite attitude.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• The candidate should have very good communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali ) and should be a quick learner.
• CFP Qualified Candidates will be given first priority.
• Having experience in the finance industry is an added advantage.
• Should have excellent English writing skills.
• Highly skilled in using applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Should be a quick learner and need to understand new processes/software quickly.
• Should be ready to travel frequently and meet investors Physically.
• Should know to ride a two-wheeler and possess a driving license & Vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
• Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
• Encourage good customer service practices.
• Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand.
• Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
• Scheduled review with clients / Customers.
• Keeping the Clients Happy and Satisfied.
• Ensuring good communication within the team.
