Responsibilities
> To provide appropriate financial and operational measurement and analyses as required by the business leaders for sound business decisions and highlight in timely manner risks and opportunities.
> To have sound P&L understanding & knowledge of accounting/financial/ operational principles.
> To arrange short term capital funds for working capital and documentation thereon and renewal of working capital funds from banks under consortium.
> Analysis and requirement of the working capital fund and non-fund-based limits and Preparation of CMA for Working Capital funds.
> To assist in legal Compliances including preparation of Shareholders Agreements and MOAs/MOUs etc.
> Responsible for Finalization, Consolidation, and Completion of Statutory Audits of Accounts.
> To assist Management in preparation of a Business plan of the Company.
> To introduced various MIS Reports and to develop budgeting system for controls, monitoring, and risk management.
> To manage exports matters concerning DGFT and interaction with Export Promotion councils on related matter
> Co-ordinating with the Tax Auditor for obtaining the Tax Audit Report and submission of various details on a tax audit.
> Obtaining the CA certificate of Tax deduction at source for remitting the funds outside India.
> Preparation of various details on assessments of tax.
> To perform analysis of the performance of sales and production
> To ensure Internal audit Compliances.
> To coordinate with Banks for LC and Bill discounting.
> To review quarterly and yearly results and perform cost audit
> To prepare profitability Statement of various marketing division
> To perform analysis of the performance of various plants of the Company.
> To make efforts for SAP optimization and functionality enhancements
> Co-ordination of data and presenting the same for review meeting by Directors
> To coordinate with concerned HOF to calculate actual Products cost along with value addition of products.
> To ensure stock valuation exercise in a regular interval.
> To analyze current state of business requirements, perform gap analysis,
> To perform analysis of Cost Vs Benefit on major expenses Spends.
> To prepare stock summary of Company as a whole.
> To perform due diligences for investors and compliances.
> To make Financial Planning and Funds raising for Projects under Implementation.
> To make Direct and Indirect Taxes planning, Management, and compliances
> Assessment and computation of Advance Tax payable.
> Filling of income tax returns of companies.
> Maintenance of Minutes of AGM/ EGM and Board Meetings.
> Drafting Agenda and Resolutions for a board meeting of Molbio Diagnostics.
> Filling and filing various forms with ROC
REQUIRED SKILL
> Age: Around 40 to 45 Years / Experience: + 20 years
(out of the above experience at least 5 years in capacity HOF)
> Strong attention to details & analytical thinking, problem solving, communication and organizational skills are required.
> Excellent knowledge of advanced cost accounting, financial accounting & financial principles, and practices.
> Should be good at planning and execution.
> Should possess Leadership qualities and ability to get work done.
> Knowledge of Statutory Legal compliance.
> Excellent knowledge of reporting including standard costing & variance analysis.
> Excellent knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
> Working knowledge of SAP, financial software and MS office.
