Minimum 8 to 10 Years

Skills Required: –

· Handling core Tele sales Department

· Timely Analysis and Campaign management for Tele callers is necessary.

· Should be able to Manage Team leaders and Tele callers.

· Should be able to mentor the team as and when necessary.

· Training for every individual on a new product / plan launch should be training team members.

· Should be able to Manage Agency Partners along with Team leaders.

· Timely MIS and data analysis.

· Should be able to contribute to Overall Sale of the Circle

· Manage a team of 15 – 20, Tele Sales Callers to drive and achieve the target.

· Candidates with experience in Tele Sales – Credit Card, Personal Loans, Broadband, Post Paid etc will suit the requirement.

Candidates having Broadband Industries Experience will be preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
