Responsibilities
As an Accounts Assistant, the new member will be tasked to assist the Accountant to have a smooth operation of the accounting requirements of the property and liaise with the Head Office to manage daily Finances. Preparation of day-to-day reports and carrying out night audits, recording and reconciling the inventory of the property. Preparing the daily revenue reports, revenue collection, occupancy rate, cashbook, credit collection details, and break-down of card commission.
Requirements
Should have a minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel industry and should be proficient in Microsoft Office Package. Should have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in the English Language. Should be confident, well-groomed, and able to multi-task with composure and disperse responsibilities in a timely manner. Should also be able to undertake tasks independently and possess a
positive attitude with an eagerness to learn, develop and deliver.
