## BTW, for this role, you’ll be directly working with:

  • Anil, Sanjna, Krupali, Surya, Aditi, and Akash from Marketing Team
  • Folks who achieved significant growth with the help of SEO and content marketing tactics in the last 4-5 years. We get ~150k monthly visits on Saleshandy’s blogs and website. Feeding our sales team with ~5000 new leads every month.
  • Safe to say, these folks are passionate about what they do.

## The role and what we are looking for

### Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of pipeline creation and meet monthly and quarterly MQL targets
  • Manage spending and campaigns across Google Adwords, Display, Paid Social etc.
  • Build, execute, and optimize demand gen campaigns
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance
  • Assist with landing page optimization, lead gen, and SEO projects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and buyers’ journeys.
  • Collaborate with the Product marketing/Sales Team to build programs that support sales enablement.
  • Work closely with internal team members, outside vendors, and creative team to implement new ideas

### Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital marketing or demand generation experience in a software industry
  • Attention to detail and executional follow-through within a fast-paced environment.
  • Precise organizational skills and ability to manage multiple objectives at once.
  • Prior experience managing the demand generation/ Digital Marketing team of more than 3 team members
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated track record of making data-driven decisions to continually optimize and drive customer acquisition
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast and manage marketing budgets
  • In-depth knowledge of modern B2B SaaS landscape and latest techniques in inbound marketing and paid media strategies
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills. Able to write tight, targeted copy for campaigns and present hypotheses and results to sales and leadership teams
  • Experience with web content strategy, customer pathing, paid media, owned media, brand building, testing, and analytics
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other Marketing tools
