Salary : 15000 : Managing the department they have been assigned by the bank Keep records of the daily transactions that take place Coordinate with other departments Make daily report for the departmental heads Help all the customers that come to the department with any problem
Tally all the accounts daily Make correct calculations and stay updated on the latest banking practices Remember the proper due dates regarding loans Correspond with the customers through letters and e-mails Detect any discrepancies in the finances Report the discrepancies to the proper authorities
Provide good service to all the customers Help out the elderly account holders Maintain good relations with regular customers of the bank
Bring in new accounts to the banks Train the newly recruited staff Balance all the accounts during financial year end as this is the busiest time for all bank employees Promote the bank they work in Educate
people of their community about safe banking habits accounting and statistics is beneficial Should know how to use a computer really well as most work in bank is done on computers.
Job Responsibilities :
Originates/ develops new and expands existing High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities, specifically and across the range of product offering.
Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel. Develops data base for lead generation, identifies market segments, strategize with acquisition channel.
Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy in external staff. Relationship Management follows up with client through telecalling, written correspondence and field visits to provide information of the bank’s products and services and seek customer deposits.
Builds long term personal relationship with clients through relationship calling efforts and social interaction. Cross sells existing bank products to customers. Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. Coordinates with other group companies to provide Bank customers with seamless access to other group products.
