RPG Foundation has been set up to undertake activities in the field of social welfare and reform. The Foundation is registered as a Public Charitable Trust under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and is the implementing agency to execute all CSR and social reform activities for RPG group of companies.
Job Title: Member – Accounts & FInance
The role-holder will assist in directing and controlling all Accounts & Finance related operations of the organization to ensure that commercial objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities also include helping in directing and controlling operation related activities to ensure efficient and effective utilisation and projection of funds.
I. Financial Accounting: –
§ Assist in maintaining Project specified fund & preparation of Project information memorandum to arrange for finance
§ Co-ordinate with the legal counsel to finalize documentation
§ Monitor existing projects, handle capital requirements and relationship management
II. Fund Management: –
§ To assist in financial matters which would include financial accounting, audits, cost, internal audits, financial plans and treasury and cash management for operations
§ Assist to co-ordinate and evaluate the financial programmes (budgets/tax plans) and its supporting information systems
§ Design, develop and implement systems, policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial control
III. Banking: –
§ Assist in liaising with Banks. Prepare reports to be send to banks on a regular basis
§ Assist in maintaining data entry and bank reconciliation
IV. Accounting / Books: –
§ Verify bills, travel invoices, expense vouchers & make payment of the same.
§ Make payments through RTGS, Demand Draft.
§ Assist in audit work like preparing Final Accounts.. Support in preparing Fund Position, Cash Flow Statement and Calculation of depreciation
V. MIS: –
§ Preparation of Monthly Fund Position
§ Assist in preparation of MIS and other reports as required by Management
VI. Taxation: –
§ Checking & Making all TDS Returns. Quarterly Filing of TDS Returns. Issue of TDS Certificates
§ Verify calculation ok TDS on salary
§ Follow-up with consultants for Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly Service Tax and VAT Return Filing
§ Attending to any Query related to Income Tax / P. Tax / TDS Department
VII. Other Assignments: –
Complete assigned task as allocated within the team
§ Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
§ Exp – 7+ yrs (Prior work experience in Accounts / Commercial Dept) (NGO / Social Sector exp preferred)
§ Excellent MS Office knowledge. Outstanding time management skills. Should be open to travel
§ Qualification – CA / Equivalent Degree

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
