We select our new joiners as Business Associates and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations as per the following Global Training Module.

LEVEL 1 – Learn the essentials of Marketing, Voice process (only during pandemic), & Sales efficiency.

LEVEL 2 – Basics of Human Resource Management, training & developing.

LEVEL 3 -Managing, Coaching , Monitoring & Motivating a team to maximize business performance.

LEVEL 4 Business Administration finances & Operations, Strategize, Plan & Manage Resources & Clients, Run a marketing unit using your business decisions for its growth & profitability.

Growth Structure: BDM= >HR Trainer= >Team Leader= >Assistant Branch Head= >Business Head.

• Representing Blue Chip Clients
• Responsible for establishing and strengthening relationship with customers in business.
