We are looking for an experienced product marketing professional who will work within the Product Team, reporting to the Head of Products, and plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for all products and services.
This role requires a passionate, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach and provides the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the region in industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, travel, financial services, and real estate, to name a few.
Key roles and responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Lead & own the go-to-market strategy for all products & services in the company and execute new product launches.
Plan Live events & webinars for our product launches.
Drive Product Learning & Development within the organization on a weekly basis.
Develop year-long marketing plans and drive adoption for new Products & Services by region, including defining the value proposition and articulation of product positioning
Work with our regional offices and international teams to extract and provide market insights for each of our products and services within the local markets.
Utilizing the insights gained from customers, business managers, and competitors, help tailor our offerings with a local context.
Work jointly with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on feedback from BMs, Customers, and Local Market Product Benchmarking
Work jointly with our core customer set: Enterprises, Global & Local Aggregators, Operators to understand their needs and work on solutions to support them
Work closely with the in-house Marketing team for branding, designing, tracking social updates
Publish the Monthly Order Book per Product to Management with Insights
Publish the Monthly Activation Tracker per Product to Management with Insights
Desired Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
An ability to understand overall business processes, basic technical concepts, and communicate concisely and articulately.
Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
Excellent time management and leadership skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
10+ years of overall work experience
Atleast 6 years of experience in Digital Communications
Good understanding of Technology Products (digital communication a plus)
Demonstrated ability of marketing technology products across geographies
Demonstrated ability of setting up Launch Events across geographies and funneling in Potential Customers
Demonstrated ability of re-marketing, cross selling and up selling
