• Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and long-term business strategy. Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and execution plans.
• Develop and drive effective implementation of the organization’s financial strategy, policies and processes in line with overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Develop the finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
Treasury Management
• Organize the fund-raising initiatives of the company
• Spearhead the fund raising to ensure clear visibility of funds for ensuring the growth of the company
• Manage the cash flows to ensure smooth operations
Financial Management and Control
• Technical Expertise to oversee the management of the financial systems of the company
• Manage the auditing process to ensure proper controls and systems are in place as required
• Monitor the financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 10+ years’ experience in a senior financial managerial position & at least 5 Years as Head Finance & Accounts
• Hands on experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Treasury Management, Taxation, Audit, — MIS, Reporting & Compliance, M&A and Due Diligence.
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
• Exposure to Investment Banking will be a definite advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile Description The CFOs responsibility includes managing the finance function which includes raising funds as required, managing the accounting function, and ensuring the compliance with all statutory requirements. This role requires extensive experience in all the aspects of finance and accounting.
