Job Description:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree from an UGC approved University.
- Fluent in written & spoken English.
- Should have good verbal communication skills in any two Regional Languages viz., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada etc.,
- Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in Insurance Sales
- Proven record of driving and achieving sales growth.
- Should have worked in a broking firm / insurance company / corporate agent / insurance department of a company
- Have a passion for constantly identifying new clients/relationships.
- Good Planning and execution skills
- Possess good interpersonal relationship
- Ability to convince customers
- Be Innovative /resourceful with an eye on rapid changing environment
