Education: Qualified & Semi qualified Chartered Accounts with any Graduate & Post Graduation Degree
Experience: 0 to 4 years
Reports to – Team Lead/Senior Lead
Actively participate with product/project teams to elicit functional requirements and capture business needs.
Documenting business processes using standard business process and data flow diagrams, BRDs (Business Requirement Document), and Test Cases
Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes
Coordinates and conducts user support and training.
Assist/Support customers in Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end closure processes.
Guide the Business Team wherever there is a deviation in requirements from ASC-606 guidance.
Interact with End-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users
Brainstorm with other development team members and provide high-level solution design and task estimates
Configuration of systems to meet business requirements.
Provide support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues.
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Must have an excellent understanding of Accounting Concepts and Revenue Recognition concepts
Must have an excellent understanding of core finance functions
Flair for technical/functional documentation of the work.
Must have the flexibility of schedule and be able to work independently
Must be a self-starter & must have excellent communication skill and organizational skills
Must be a team player and be able to interact well with all users, peers, and executive management
Must be willing to work during PST working hours
Must have a strong analytical ability, quick decision-making, and be able to identify and set priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products -Excel/Word/PowerPoint
