Full Job Description

Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable

• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
• Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
• Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting
• Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
• Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments.

Responsibilities for Accounts Payable

• Timely process invoices
• Monitor invoice submissions and vendor portals
• Review documents for accuracy and acquire payment authorization.
• Audit and process travel and expense reports in Concur Expense & Reporting.
• Verify and process timely payments.
• Research vendor inquiries, and resolve payable disputes.
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

Routine Responsibilities

Maintaining and reconciliation of daybook, employees, vendors and contractors account ledgers. Head wise voucher/journal entries and general ledger. Handling of cash, validating & processing freight invoices. Preparation and computing of tax i.e. TDS, GST (I/C).

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹40,094.00 per month
