Process and report on office expenses.
Tally Entries of Sales and invoices. Submit tax forms and GST 1, 3B , 9 etc.
Organize company documents into updated filing systems.
Prepare regular reports accounts and budgets.
Answer queries by clients related to Finance.
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned by management.
Bank Reconciliation.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable on timely basis.
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets on time.
Criteria:
· Education: Any CA( Drop out) or B.Com , M.Com (Fresher) with good Excel data skills
