Senior Manager
Role Objective:
To manage all the aspects of the finance & accounting function for Third Party Clients through
consistent processes & systems; and to lead, motivate and develop team for meting business
objectives.
Minimum 2-3 years as a Senior Manager or 7- 8 years as Manager in Finance and Accounting domain.
Ideally managing F&A for UK based Third Party Clients Experience across Finance Areas / functions including P2P, O2C and General Ledger Accounting, Management Accounting.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure end-to-end delivery of SLAs for all the sub-processes like P2P, Vendor
Master Creation, Reconciliations, O2C, Invoicing, General Ledger Accounting, Month-end
Book Closure / Journals, Budgeting and Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Management
Reporting, VAT returns, etc. .
Establish a system to monitor all the sub-processes and ensure that these are reviewed
before they are sent to the client.
Establish FTE requirement and formulate recruitment strategies for all processes and chart
out a resource plan.
Ensure that the process manual is updated regularly (as and when there is a change in the
process) in consultation with the client.
Liaise with the GM / DGM / Head to establish the team structure for the sub-processes in a
manner which allows growth for individuals within the team and allocate jobs effectively
and establish a control on distribution of jobs with trail;
Ensure that training manual is complete in all aspects and is updated whenever there is a
change in the process and the training plan is in place for new joiners and all those existing
candidates who need improvement.
Oversee the performance management system and ensure that the appraisals are conducted
as per schedule.
Ensuring Stakeholder management through the delivery of sub-processes and strong
governance process – Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly. Having regular calls and flagging
issues and escalations on a timely manner
Accountable and responsible for delivery and growth for existing client F&A teams; Support
new business proposals. migrations, knowledge transfer as Subject Matter Expert
Proactively look for opportunities for process reengineering/continuous improvements and
identify ways to mitigate the impact of emerging issues
Review quality parameters for all the sub-processes on a regular basis and establish process
improvement plans and implement them in consent with the client;
Coach, guide and mentor team to achieve individual and team objectives; engage with team
on regular basis and ensure team is adequately trained to meet objectives / timelines
Create resilience, cross skilling individual team members, manage attrition and recruitment
Oversee the MI reports prepared by assistant managers and team managers
Manages auditors and the audit requirement;
Has responsibility for more than one aspect of business unit performance, e.g. profit, sales,
cost management, customer service levels etc. May be a cost centre manager. Will have
client relationship management responsibilities and managerial responsibility for a team.
