The person will report to the Chief Marketing officer – India. The person will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves working with the possible stakeholders across India.
The key roles and responsibilities are broadly divided under the following aspects:
Maintaining and developing the organic presence of all of RPCI’s brands online (RPCI, PCI and Initial Hygiene)
Hands on experience in developing and implementing SEO/Ecommerce strategy and plans to achieve revenue and leads targets.
Work with the digital agency on SEO, local SEO, off page SEO and Youtube SEO initiatives
Work with the Agency on Local Listing Optimization i.e. GMB, Online directories
Coordinating with the Global and Asia Regional Web/Search Marketing teams for website content, redesign, and CMS migration projects.
Preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly SEO Plans
Working closely with the SSD, PSD and Initial Hygiene Marketing Managers to ensure improvement in organic search metrics for the respective websites
Coordinate with Content teams on web content and blogs development.
1) Designing and managing digital campaigns a) Plan and execute Search (SEM), Display (GDN) and Video (largely Youtube), other display advertising and Social Media Marketing campaigns. b) Work closely with the digital agency to deliver monthly campaigns optimized to generate the maximum number of enquiries & leads c) Develop and monitor the Digital Marketing Budgets d) Optimize campaigns in a way to generate a reliable customer funnel
a) Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsb) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsc) Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienced) Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.e) Plan and run Email marketing campaigns via Hubspotf) Responsible for regular technical audits with agencyg) Proficient in handling agencies and vendors as per the business requirements
Manage Affiliate ECommerce Sites and direct conversion landing pages
Manage the listing of PSD products on Amazon, Flipkart and other ECommerce sites
Run campaigns to improve the visibility of our products on these Ecommerce platforms
Generate additional revenue via these campaigns
Reporting and evaluation
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all Digital Marketing Campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Manage and analyze customer data for direct marketing initiatives e.g. Hubspot
Keeping up to date with all industry updates i.e. Google App updates, Social Media updates etc.

Requirements
EDUCATIONAL / OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, IT or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
10+ years of working across SEO, SEM and experience in the relevant field
Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems especially with excel, word and powerpoint (or its equivalent).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical certifications in digital marketing, SEO, and digital marketing tools
Experience with Hubspot Marketing and Magnolia are a plus
