Job Description
Recruitment of new agents, in accordance with laid down regulations regarding agent recruitment
Activation of agents
Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements
Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure
Ensuring planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company
Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long-term connection between the agents and the company.
Minimum expected qualification Graduation.
The candidate needs excellent communication skills, perseverance, adaptability, goal orientation, and willingness to learn
Should have a minimum of 1 Year of experience in any Sales or Insurances Sales
Job Description :
1. Managing the existing and recruitment of the new agents
2. Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for agents
3. Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
4. Training and agent life cycle management package: up to 6 Lac
