Job Role: Inbound Voice Process
Compensation – 2.5 LPA – 4 LPA
Work Location – Bangalore (Koramangala)
Language Proficiency – English and Hindi (Spoken)
Age Limit: 27 Years
Good knowledge on Mutual funds, Stocks, and other financial products
Candidates from B.com , BBM , M.com or MBA (Finance) background freshers and candidates with 1-5 Years of experience in customer support for the customer success team at Groww.
Responsibilities-
Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the companys product, replying to inbound queries.
Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.
Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
This role is critical as it is the first point of call for the customers.
