Redcarpet is a next-gen FinTech startup that lends to customers in India to finance their online and offline purchases/
Usage. We are providing financial support or credit facility to people who do not have access to credit from traditional banks.
We are looking for a competent Field Debt Recovery Executive to contact clients and collect outstanding payments on field through visiting their addresses. You will strike a balance between engaging with customers, negotiating on company’s behalf and convincing customers that good credit behaviour is beneficial to the customer in the long run.
This is a full time role, but we accept freelancer and part time applications as well.

Salary – 15,000 Fixed + Incentives

Job Description:

• Handle Collection of RedCarpet Cards.

• Drive assigned collection agencies.

• Hire new collection agencies as per requirement.

• Required do regular visit to the agencies and field on a regular basis.

• Ensure optimum performance and meeting the stipulated target.

• Coordination with agencies/agents when requested by management and supporting them to meet the target and increase productivity.

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

• Investigate the user on ground through his address .

• Resolve billing and customer credit issues.

• Report on collection activity and accounts status.

Job requirements:

• 0-2 year of experience in Credit Card Collection/ Loan recovery.

• Good communication skills in Hindi, and Regional language.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
