Job Description
The successful candidate will be able to design solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations.

• Conduct business process review meetings
• Lead the evaluation of functional and technical requirements
• Perform gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and the client’s requirements
• Write comprehensive design specifications, including functional specification, use cases, and user stories
• Create technical documentation like solution design documents and technical design documents
• Integration (including a technology/not just) and data Migration
• End to End Technical Solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 13 years work experience).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience creating the solution architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
• Strong background in Sales force solutions – strategy, systems design, implementation and management
• Salesforce.com and other certifications, required
• Very strong work ethic with a customer service focus
• 10+ years of consulting experience preferred executive level sales support experience in consulting/professional services
