Responsibilities
Execute quantitative analysis to convert data into useful information.
Identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes in collaboration with internal teams.
Gather data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and persuade them to make data-driven decisions.
Assist growth managers with day-to-day data requirements
Work on generating data insights for the business vertical, as well as identifying major growth opportunities and gaps.
Keep track of and analyse key customer experience metrics.
Create models for consumer segmentation and user behaviour prediction.
Essential Qualifications
Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions. Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills.
Bachelors in Statistics/Economics/Mathematics is preferred.
Proficient with SQL, Excel.
Python/R is a must.
3- 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
Strong problem-solving skills.
Deadline driven, team player, with strong customer focus.
Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
