Calculation of APL’s ETR (Effective Tax Rate) at the beginning of the year

• Executing the quarterly calculation of advance tax liability of APL and its group companies

• Finalising annual Income Tax provision and reconciliation note of it for annual report

• Performing Tax audits (under section 44 AB, Form 3CA & CD), Direct & Indirect Tax, Planned; filing Income Tax Returns

• Uploading TP Audit Report in Form No. 3CEB on IT site after verifying the same

• Documenting Transfer Pricing Study Report for domestic & international transactions with AE

• Developing annual report for claiming deduction u/s 10AA & 80IE of Income Tax Act

• Verifying Annual Report u/s 35(2AB) for filing DSIR (Department of Science & Industrial Research)

• Filling online application for Renewal of Recognition of In-House R & D unit with DSIR

• Creating Master File under Income Tax Act for transition with foreign subsidiaries

• Preparing details and Notices Reply for submission in scrutiny assessment proceeding, transfer pricing assessment & TDS proceeding

• Coordinating in the preparation of detail/paper books for appeals before CIT (A), ITAT and High Court

• Resolving TDS & GST queries of accounts and other departments

• Contributing in preparation of annual Balance sheet & Notes to Accounts for other group companies of APL

• Drafting MIS report on monthly basis of all taxation matter year wise

• Assisting the Internal & Statutory auditor in resolving their queries related to Accounts and Tax

• Monthly Verification of GST Reconciliation and GST returns like GSTR 3B, GSTR 1 & GSTR 6 (ISD Returns)

• Facilitating payment of Monthly GST Liability after verifying the same

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
