About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Planning and Continuous Improvement you will be responsible for the coordination and support of marketing planning activities to ensure our external communications are well planned, approved and tracked via our Marketing Resource Management tool.
You will coordinate the administration of the MRM tool to ensure the workflow and approval supports an efficient and compliant end-to-end process.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to support and enhance the delivery of key objectives in the marketing plan and departmental goals. A key aspect of the role is to actively manage the change impacts of key projects and identify continuous improvement activities.
You’ll create and maintain dashboards and reports for different key stakeholder groups providing quality insights for everything from day-to-day work management of individual contributors through to senior management reporting to provide transparency on the health of the overall MRM system.
To succeed in this role, you will enjoy being able to provide up to date information to Marketing Managers to allow them to effectively manage the capacity within their teams and prioritise activities to meet the marketing and communication goals.
What you’ll need to be successful
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related industry
Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience, including planning and process
Strong presentation, communication, and written skills.
Solid problem solving skills and ability to identify process improvements
High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and demonstrated experience supporting continuous improvement activities
Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office packages
Knowledge and experience with Marketing Technology solutions, ideally Marketing Resource Management or Planning tools
Ability to engage with stakeholders, with a solution-focussed attitude
Desired – experience in facilitation of training
