Responsibilities and Duties
– Communicate with Executive for Insurance renewal progress every single day via email and over call.
– Communicate with Insurance companies to get competitive quotes. Reviewing insurance Policies, Process the renewal and send policy documents to client.
– Communication skills – Insurance Account Handler will be required to have proven written and oral communication skills as this will be the key to your success for providing excellent customer service.
– Knowledge of MS Office with Good typing speed.
– Training provided : – YES
– No targets
