Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Education Qualification: Graduation (Full time)

Location: Mumbai

Key Skills: Good Excel Knowledge, Accounting and GL Code knowledge

JD OF THE ROLE:

v Experience in MIS Reporting – making monthly MIS Reports

v Experience in Trial Balance

v Ledger Scrutiny – Analysis P&L and Balance Sheet GL for Expenses booking and reporting.

v Bills Checking – Checking Actual Bills with entry booked in ERP

v Variance Analysis – Analysis and reporting variance in Trial Balance Month on Month, Quarter on Quarter and Year on Year.

v Month end provision of expenses – Monthly Analysis Accrual and coordinating with stakeholders for booking the same for month closure of books

v Providing Statement of Account & General Ledger Dump – ERP Ledger Dump and preparation of books from the same.

v Account Reconciliation – Booking, Bill Checking and GL Balances reconciliation

v MIS – Making monthly MIS PPT for Management Review

v Tracking of actuals Vs provision of Expenses – Tracking Provision taken vs actual booked on monthly basis reconciliation.

Skills must have:

v Accounting (Ledger Scrutiny, Provisions, Prepaid, Reconciliation, Schedules, etc)

v ERP Working Knowledge

v Advance Excel and Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
