Collaborate and align with Finance Teams to support business

Interact with the Tax Authorities on a regular basis
Co-ordinate with Tax Auditors and Tax Advisors
Tax Returns
Responsible for preparation and filing tax returns for group companies (Corporate Tax and GST returns)
Export Refund and other Benefits.
Responsible for preparing and filing GST Refund on Export.
Responsible for ensuring end-to-end compliance for export.
Responsible to assess the benefits scheme run by Govt and optimizing the maximum benefit out of it
Transfer Pricing (TP)
Responsible to support Finance for TP documentation and coordinate with consultants.
Responsible for preparing submissions and represent before TP authorities and DRPs
Tax Accounting & Computation

Manage the effective tax rate for the entities and tax provisioning (current tax and deferred tax); including periodic advance tax workings.
Tax Advisory

Responsible for tax advice to be given to FIN/ business colleagues on corporate tax and GST queries.
Tax Risk Management
Identify, research, document, and implement opportunities for tax optimization and identify areas to mitigate tax risks.
Other Processes
Be a self-learner with the changing tax laws impacting business and prepare Tax Updates (Corporate Tax and GST).

Your profile:

Chartered Accountant
Over 3 years of professional experience in managing taxes function.
Experience in GST matters and the use of tax technology tools will be an added advantage.
Experience in Apparel or Retail industry will be an added advantage
Software skills (Advanced Excel, Google sheets, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Good communication skills (English and local language), spoken and written.
