Position: Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various management functions, such as strategic planning, business development, operations, finance, and human resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Support the management team in day-to-day operations and perform assigned tasks efficiently.
• Learn and adhere to industry regulations, ethical practices, and legal requirements.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Self-motivated and a leader.
• Proactive and eager to learn new concepts and skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Prior experience in management, leadership positions, or related internships (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary: From ₹10,000.00 per month
