Accountant (QuickBooks Pro-Advisor):

As a member of the Managed Accounting Services team, your responsibilities include A/P, A/R, payroll, Bookkeeping, and month-end close as well as special projects. You must be able to successfully prioritize and manage client expectations and be comfortable communicating, both on the phone and through virtual meetings. You must be well-organized, flexible, eager to learn new technologies and be able to work independently.

Core Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries, 1099s, sales tax, property tax, credit card and bank reconciliations, budgets, P&L, balance sheets and forecasts
• Anticipate, identify, respond to, and resolve client bookkeeping inquiries and/or problems
• Work within the scope and budget of a project deadline
• Provide year-end support for our accounting team
• Since this position is client facing (via video) business casual is a requirement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years full charge bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks (ProAdvisor Certification intuit) – NO EXCEPTIONS*
• Must have worked with US client for at least 2 years
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be very proficient in English and communicate with US team directly.

Pay:

Up to 7 lakhs per year (6 lakhs base salary + 1 lakh per year bonus based on performance. Ex: Any errors made in accounting and bookkeeping; payroll not done timely etc will decrease the bonus significantly).

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
