· CRM Person will be more responsible for After Sales Support to Sales Teams
· CRM person will get in touch with Bookers/Admin and develop a reputation to help them with the problems arising out of the process of use of the hotel (Billing query, guest complaint, guest feedback etc)
· CRM person will be calling all the bookers/Admin after the guest check out/ banquet function when the bills are raised and submitted to the company.
· CRM person will act as a point of contact to get the queries raised by the guest to be sent to Finance and see to it that the bills are properly in order and the user company is taking it ahead for processing.
· CRM person will not only be restricted to the above but will also get in touch with the bookers/Admin for future queries too which will then be as a support to the sales team person handling the account.
· CRM person will also be acting as a feedback receiver for the sales account person for the particular company and can give a direct feedback of the booker/admin to the unit head or sales head in case of concerns on servicing of the account is raised by the client.
