Job Description

• Responsible for overall operations, carrying out improvement works, repairs, maintenance and facilities in the mall.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance as per standard operating procedures.
• Develop design guidelines to ensure that services design are complied with.
• Management and administration of contracts and overseeing renewal of necessary licenses.
• Planning, budgeting and procuring inventory and consumable control for the mall. Experience in cost management.
• Establish and maintain good relations with tenants and contractors.
• Review the facilities management programs and developments to ensure that the shopping mall perform at an optimum level.
