Responsibilities and Duties : –

• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO’s attention
• Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Assist in the processing of the balance sheet.
• Prepare and submit the weekly and monthly reports.
• Handling petty cash.
• Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team
• Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits
• Conduct regular ledger maintenance

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : –

· Minimum 6+ years of Acounting experience with good communication skills.

· Bachelors degree in Commerce (MBA-Finance candidate will be preferred)

· Must have knowledge of MS-excel.

· Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
