Job Description
- Manage all aspects of the company’s financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices for clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Proficient in using accounting software, particularly Tally, for recording transactions and generating financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and timely filing of GST returns.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Perform regular audits to identify and correct accounting errors or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and tax laws, especially those related to GST.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
