PhonePe is India’s leading digital payments platform with over 280 million registered users. Using PhonePe, users can send and receive money, recharge mobile, DTH, data cards, pay at stores, make utility payments, buy gold, and make investments. Job description:
We are looking for a calling Specialist to assist our merchants with the entire onboarding process alongside explaining the product and the service offered.
Calling Specialist responsibilities include assisted support to onboard the merchant, resolving merchant queries pre onboarding, guiding through the platform and product.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent merchant support during.

Work Experience – 3-4 years in outbound service/sales
