The person should have at least 3 years of experience in insurance content writing and a good understanding of the life/health/general insurance industry. He / She should have exceptional written communication skills, analytical mindset, and in-depth knowledge of various insurance categories. The candidate should have the ability to come up with innovative ways of communicating basic concepts of insurance to retail customers and should be willing to work in an extremely dynamic environment.

Role:
Responsible for writing content aimed at educating and marketing insurance products to retail investors

Collaborate with various stakeholders to create innovative content ideas to simplify customer education and insurance product communication to buyers/prospective buyers in the form of videos, emailers, short articles, etc.

Analyse different insurance products to come up with insights to help deliver quality marketing / customer education content

Identifying content gaps and recommending new content to address gaps in the current content.

Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.

Track and analyse content success metrics to understand the impact on business and optimize the content strategy based on data insights and make changes as needed

Ideal Candidate should have:
A postgraduate degree with at least 3 years’ experience of writing on insurance topics

Good understanding of insurance products such as life, health and motor insurance from the customer behaviour, marketing, underwriting, claims and product point of view

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience of sourcing industry data and using primary/secondary research tools

Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment

Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
