Marketing Campaign Manager
Job Description
General Marketing
Campaign Management: end2end campaign strategy & execution across linear/analog/digital/SM platforms.
Co-ordination: assist sales team in executing general marketing & customer/consumer engagement activities
Strategy: Build strategy(s) in sync with the business & brand objectives. Leverage existing tools & resources.
Annual marketing plan/calendar: partner with sales team to develop, design, and activate an annual calendar that leverages and supports our business priorities.
Creative Content development: leverage existing/global marketing material and customize as needed, guided by insights & a deep ‘consumer persona’ understanding.
Analytics: establish clear campaign targets and track and measure results to constantly improve ROI/choices; maximizing our budgets across marketing activities.
Budget management: collaborate with relevant stakeholders to forecast, secure, and manage necessary budgets and resources.
Digital Marketing
SEO: Focus on developing a strong organic footprint by optimizing performance of web pages – optimise content mapped to customer journey (as measured by traffic, engagement, and conversion KPIs) for maximizing visibility and improving ranking across all search engines.
Content Strategy: Create/update the paid media plan (Banner & Display + Content Syndication) in line with the campaign needs and also to optimise ROI from Paid Search investments
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Email Marketing: develop methods (content, landing pages, micro-campaigns, effective call-to-action approache etc,) and routinely consider how to improve email experience.
Requirements (proficiency in all above is non-negotiable)
Experience: 5+ years (atleast 3 yrs in a marketing function & min. 2 yrs in digital marketing)
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing with relevant credentials in digital marketing
Experience building or managing direct-to-consumer/patient brand, highly preferred
Attention to detail with excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
Data driven – insight(s) based approach; Numerically savy
Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Exceptional vendor management skills; negotiation and management skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment, problem solve, and prioritize to drive the business
Collaborative, optimistic, curious, and with a natural drive to deliver results
Ability to show a ‘case study’ designing and implementing a digital experience leveraging consumer insight and technology to drive personalized consumer experiences a plus
