About the Team:
We are an end-to-end tech enabled credit platform providing seamless credit access to customers. Our capabilities extend from fully digitized customer on boarding, seamless in-app to real times offers. We partner with financial institutions and leverage the insights we gather through our ecosystem to design and offer innovative and customized financial products to our consumers and merchants. Our lending product portfolio include Postpaid (BNPL), Personal Loans, Merchant Loans and Co-branded Cards.
About the role:
We are looking for seasoned risk management & analytics professionals working in Indian financial services industry with experience in unsecured credit domain.
Responsibilities will include:
- Driving the design of credit strategy and policy, setting guiding principles for risk processes for unsecured consumer lending products
- Analyse the risk performance and derive data-driven insights for creating risk strategies in acquisition and portfolio management
- Establish risk analytics framework for early detection/mitigation of breaches in risk appetite and defining/monitoring of key risk indicators
- Develop advanced risk identification, assessment, measurement and reporting capabilities such as analysis of credit portfolio quality
- Collaborate with Business, Product and Tech in the creation, maintenance and advancement of dedicated risk infrastructure for risk strategy deployment
- Providing thought leadership and direction in the development, oversight and maintenance of a suite of credit models
Person Should have:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Engineering or other quantitative disciplines
- 8-12 years of experience in risk analytics, at least 5 years of experience in Indian financial services industry
- 3+ years of experience building, leading, and developing high performing teams
- Extensive prior experience developing risk modelling, strategy and analytics for establishing credit policies for lending products
- Working knowledge of SQL & Python/Pyspark. Extensive experience handling large & complex data sets
- Deep understanding of credit risk management for unsecured credit products in the Indian context
- Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
