Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role- This is a Payroll Operation Support Role Meet our team – Payroll Team is responsible for timely and accurate salary payment to employees, apart from this handles a lot of related compliance such as Income Tax, PF, PT and employee benefit related Food Coupon, NPS

Job Description:

Your way to impact –

The main intention is to take major work to In-house from outsourced vendor. This will translate to brining more flexibility to payroll operation and to have efficient process.

Your day to day –

• 
  Food card
• Looking after the operation of food card activities- distribution, activation, replacement, queries etc
• 
  Employee queries
• Employee queries related to payroll, Provident Fund, Income Tax
• Sales Force Tickets and Query Resolution – Salary / Tax / Reimbursement / Provident Fund
• Direct interaction with employees on the queries related to Payroll reimbursements & child care
• 
  Pension
• Collection of NPS documents & validating documents & supporting Bankers for NPS
• NPS – PRAN Creating & Conversion & Remittance & PF Forms – PF Transfer / Withdrawal Manual Non-RPFC
• 
  Provident Fund
• Clearing PF Form-11 Task in SilkBoard to complete the onboarding
• Updating PF Contribution and Generating ECR-Challans in PF Portal
• Collection of Documents and Details related to Provident fund from new joiners
• Form 11 – UAN, Aadhaar, PAN collecting from New Hires
• Assisting to Aadhaar Seeding in PF Portal
• 
  Professional tax
• Updating PT Contribution and Generating Challans in Portal Location Wise (659,682,519,664)
• 
  Onboarding
• On-Boarding Payroll Induction – Non-Operations & Operations 3x a month
• 
  Payroll Processing
• Payroll Inputs File – Resigned / Transfer / Master Info / Stocks / Insurance Top-Up / Shift Allowance
• Consolidate Payroll Inputs – Prepare SSL for all the inputs received via Emails
• Payroll Validation – Download various reports to cross check with Manual Inputs & WorkDay with Pay Register
• GL Data – Preparing PTO/Gratuity & Other Accruals
• 
  External Reporting
• Labour Compliance – Providing processed data to UCS (Service Provider) – Head Count, Maternity Benefit from Insurance, Employee Data(Age, Marital Status, Education) etc.,

What do you need to bring-

• Expecting knowledge and experience in handling basic payroll process and more of hands-on in dealing with PF, PT, Employment Labour Compliance.
• To have approach of employee friendly at all times.
• To be good in written communication and proficiency in working with MS-Excel with large volume of data.
