The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic, collaborative, and promotional marketing functions where a targeted audience across APAC receives consistent and thoughtful messaging.
The Marketing Manager is a subject matter expert and brings strategic marketing acumen, with a strong understanding of all areas of marketing including digital marketing, membership acquisition, retention and engagement. And importantly an understanding of how the go-to-market approach varies in each country.
The successful candidate has a strong understanding of branding, organic and paid social media, paid digital marketing strategy, product positioning, messaging, B2C/B2B/B2B2C strategies and marketing operations. Employing Omni channel tactics and ensuring all channels are interconnected. Whilst identifying ways to drive and maximize memberships and revenue for Panorama Travel Solutions and our partners, through established and untapped channels. Partnering with the Director of Marketing, EMEA APACI to execute the annual marketing plan for APAC to achieve both short and long-term marketing and revenue objectives. Deriving insights from reporting and analytics associated with campaigns to help to drive strategy, as well as assist with marketing budgeting. This role requires the ability to be both tactical and strategic – being the leader of day-to-day integrated marketing process.
Works with teams throughout the organization, including Partnerships, Product, Operations, Account Management and Customer Service as well as external partners to set requirements for projects including identifying and enrolling the expertise of stakeholders, managing interim and final deliverables and ensuring successful project roll-out.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Lead the development of APAC integrated marketing campaigns for member acquisition and activation across 360 marketing channels (owned, earnt and paid):
Work closely with APAC Partnership leads, to scope out and define Marketing Plans that deliver on KPIs
Assist in bringing the PTS house brands and white label partner travel club brands to life through a unified marketing and communications plan that clearly defines the customer journey via marketing channels, in order to convey brand value, positioning and reasons to believe.
Assist in establishing all messaging, positioning and marketing strategies, while understanding the impact to the PTS business mix, customer, and commercial strategy. Also delivers content and messaging that meets brand standards
Responsible for scoping out, planning and executing integrated marketing campaign strategies to successfully launch and sustain new travel clubs across APAC.
Own the creation and approval of creative and marketing briefs and at times lead both the creation of content and the review process depending on business needs. To ensure information is accurate and supports the goal of driving member acquisition and existing member engagement and transactional propensity.
Execute the development and planning of media assets for APAC, including digital, social, video, traditional, experiential, affiliate and OOH.
Collaborate with global teams to develop and execute marketing plans and promotions including development and distribution of a communications plan.
Manage and communicate strict deadlines to tie to new product releases and launches
Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to ensure competitive advantage
Ensures that product representation and positioning align with the key promises of the brand overall, further defining our brands presence in the crowded marketplace and continuing one cohesive storyline from above-the-line storytelling to below-the-line tactics
Lead performance tracking of key metrics to optimize campaign performance, support strategic planning including but not limited to testing plans and segmentation refinement. Consistently improving operational efficiencies, and reporting, ensuring best use of budget to drive engagement, membership and club revenue. Sharing accurate weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports, along with key insights and recommendations, to Director of Marketing EMEA APACI.
Tracks Marketing Plans to ensure the business is on target to meet goals
Work with the Director of Marketing EMEA APACI on annual budget forecasting process. Manage expenses to budget.
Perform other job related functions as assigned

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Education
BA/BS in Marketing or business-related field
Knowledge and skills
Experience in marketing and advertising planning, with proven results in use of measurable, data-driven media and channels across APAC
Experience managing internal and external agency partners.
Excellent interpersonal skills (articulate communicator and strong listener) in order to manage multiple external partnerships and to coordinate across internal teams.
Embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to take on new challenges and risks.
Excellent written skills sufficient to produce internal/external marketing communication.
Excellent presentation skills.
Critical thinker with excellent analytical skills.
Excellent communicator with willingness to confront challenging tasks.

Job experience
5+ years of product marketing experience including: integrated marketing and communication experience, campaign development, reporting and analytics, creative direction, developing marketing strategy across APAC
Experience producing targeted marketing value positioning and outreach and tactics in a fast, high-volume atmosphere
Proven success with marketing campaigns and materials across APAC
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
