‘Panini’ is a fully automated AI powered product cum platform, that helps translate Video Content in over 40 languages. Customer can use this product to translate their original Video into Multi-language Audio and Subtitle. This Product provides support for all types of video content appealing to all kinds of customers and is currently Android Only.

Currently, our team is all hands innovating and testing the product learning from the key signals we receive from various channels. We address new and intellectually challenging problems daily and are looking for some exceptional people to play a large role in our growing team. This role focuses on developing well strategized Social Media campaigns to help establish PMF (Product Market Fit) for ‘Panini’. Candidate must further work on running multi-level organic and paid social media marketing campaigns which align with our objectives.

Requirement and Responsibilities

Including but not limited to the following:
Basic:
Handle Social Media Platforms on daily basis (Platforms include but is not limited to : Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Snapchat, Moj, Takatak, ShareChat, Facebook and others)

Run Organic and Paid Campaigns

Strategize and Maintain a social media post Calendar

Analyze, Extract & Present Key Insights using various tools (including but not limited to Instagram Insights, Youtube Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and similar others) to key stakeholders

Understand and be able to create A/B Test Campaigns

Be able to operate and iterate video content created by our App

Willingness to work long hours and be available over the weekends in order to meet daily, weekly, and monthly social media targets

Possess strong Google SEO Management Skills for building brand and product awareness leading to desired conversions

Preferred:
Graphic Designing Skills

Business Development Experience

Bilingual / Multilingual Proficiency

Be able to write Blogs and create Vlogs spreading brand and product awareness

Devices:
Android Device (preferably Android Phone with support for latest 2 Android Versions)

Laptop with access to high-speed Internet (preferably with support for latest 2 Operating System Versions)

Experience and Education

Basic:
3+ Years of Social Media Marketing Experience

3+ Years of Google SEO Management

Proficient with Photo and Video Editors like Photoshop, Canva, etc

Preferred:
Degree in Marketing is a Plus

Social Media Marketing Certificate is a Plus

Be a Social Media Influencer themselves or Have helped someone become one is a Plus

Graphic Designing Skills is a Plus

Business Development Experience is a Plus

Bilingual / Multilingual Proficiency is a Plus
